Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Wins Arab Government Excellence Award

Riyadh, The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development won today the Arab Government Excellence Award for a project to enhance the participation of the Saudi workforce in the private sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The handing over ceremony was held at the second session of the Arab League at its headquarters in Cairo, in the presence of several ministers and senior officials from the participating agencies in the Arab countries. This ceremony comes in cooperation with Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), the Arab League and the government of the United Arab Emirates, under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai.

The ministry received the award by its Undersecretary for Localization Eng. Majid Al-Dhahwi, where the ministry won this award for its efforts and objectives it achieved in the field of job localization in the private sector in accordance with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.

The Arab Government Excellence Award is the first award of its kind in the Arab world and the largest in the field of development, improvement and administrative excellence. It was launched by the government of the UAE in cooperation with the Arab League to contribute to the administrative development and institutional government excellence and celebrate successful administrative and government experiences in the Arab world.
