Baquba The MP of Diyala Governorate, Muhammad Qutayba al-Bayati, described the kidnapping of a specialist doctor from his home in Baquba, as: “a dangerous security indicator that threatens the scientific and medical competencies in the governorate.”
Al-Bayati said in a tweet on “Twitter”: “The kidnapping of medical talent requires the mobilization of security forces to eliminate organized crime gangs, which have become a great threat to the security and stability of Diyala.”
Al-Bayati called on the central government and its security services to carry out their duties properly and to update their security plans, which are no longer working.
