“ISLAMIC RESISTANCE” TARGETS AL-MALIKIYAH SITE, CAUSING INJURIES AMONG DEPLOYED ENEMY SOLDIERS IN ITS VICINITY


The Islamic Resistance issued a communique this afternoon, in which it indicated that in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted at 01:50 pm today the enemy’s al-Malikiyah post and its deployed soldiers within the vicinity, using appropriate weapons and causing direct injuries.

AGRICULTURE MINISTER MEETS WITH EGYPTIAN PRIME MINISTER TO DISCUSS WAYS OF SUPPORTING COOPERATION BETWEEN BOTH COUNTRIES


Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly received this morning at the government headquarters in the new administrative area in Cairo, Caretaker Minister of Agriculture Abbas al-Haj Hassan, commissioned by Prime Minister Najib Mikati, to explore ways of ensuring cooperation between Egypt and Lebanon in the agricultural sector.

Also attending the meeting was a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands Reclamation in Egypt headed by Minister Al-Sayyid al-Quseir, advisors to the Lebanese Minister of Agriculture, Salem Darwish and Hussein Nasrallah, and the Economic Attaché at the Lebanese Embassy, Nour Atwi.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Egyptian Prime Minister underlined the close historical ties between Cairo and Beirut at all levels, adding that his country is keen on further enhancing bilateral cooperation with Lebanon in various fields of common interest.

He added that his government is also keen on facilitating, through its relevant agencies, the entry of Lebanese exports into the Egy
ptian market, in line with the efforts of the Lebanese government to facilitate the flow of Egyptian exports to Lebanon of various commodities and support the rates of trade exchange between both states.

Madbouly stressed, “Egypt’s keenness to support brotherly Lebanon, taking into account the current global economic conditions and their repercussions on all countries, especially Egypt and Lebanon.”

For his part, Minister Haj Hassan emphasized ‘the depth of the historical relations that bind Egypt and Lebanon and the importance of continuing close coordination between the two countries on priority files in international frameworks in a way that serves their mutual interests.”

He also stressed Lebanon’s deep appreciation for the Egyptian political leadership’s constant keenness to stand by its side, considering that “there are many opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experiences between Cairo and Beirut in the field of agriculture, especially fish farming.”

In turn, the Egyptian Minister of Agric
ulture pointed to ‘the continued cooperation and coordination of efforts between the Ministries of Agriculture in Egypt and Lebanon,’ expressing his appreciation for ‘the Lebanese side’s efforts to remove the obstacles that stand in the way of the flow of Egyptian agricultural exports to the Lebanese market.’

He also expressed his aspiration “to discuss all aspects of joint cooperation between Egypt and Lebanon and work to overcome any obstacles that the Lebanese side may face in Egypt.”

In conclusion, the Prime Minister recommended continued coordination between the Egyptian and Lebanese Ministries of Agriculture to advance areas of cooperation in the agricultural sector, expressing his aspiration to receive proposals that would support said cooperation.

ENEMY STRIKES OUTSKIRTS OF SHIHIN, MAJDAL ZOUN, WADI HAMOUL AND HASSAN


National News Agency in Tyre reported that the Israeli enemy bombing targeted the outskirts of the towns of Shihin and Majdal Zoun, in conjunction with the bombing of Wadi Hamul and Wadi Hassan with a number of artillery shells.

Israeli aircraft also raided the town of Naqoura near UNIFIL forces, targeting a motorcycle, causing a number of casualties.

NCVC Relocates 8 Perennial Trees in Madinah’s Bayda Park

Riyadh: The National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification (NCVC), in collaboration with several entities, has moved five perennial trees from King Salman Park and three from the Al Furaysh village to Al-Bayda’a Park, in Madinah, as part of its efforts to protect rare trees and achieve the objectives of the Green Saudi Initiative.

The teams responsible for the move pruned the perennials, set up irrigation systems and treated with fertilizers to safeguard them.

NCVC works to protect perennial and rare trees to enhance biodiversity and ecotourism and contribute to improving the citizens’ quality of life. It keeps records of trees that are older than 50 years, especially those that are rare and of historical, social or environmental value, to ensure their protection and plant them in their natural environments.

Saudi Ambassador to Guinea Sees Pilgrims off at Airport

Conakry, Saudi Ambassador to Guinea Dr. Fahad Al-Rashidi saw the first group of Guinean pilgrims heading to the Kingdom to perform this year’s Hajj off in Conakry.

Al-Rashidi stressed Saudi Arabia’s full readiness for this occasion, where millions from various parts of the world gather to perform their Hajj rituals in the best possible manner. He added that thanks to Allah Almighty’s grace and the generous care and directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Kingdom has mobilized its resources, personnel, and capabilities to ensure the comfort, security, and safety of pilgrims.

Makkah Route Initiative .. Saudi Women Represent their Country with Sincerity and Excellence

Sulu, Saudi women have effectively contributed to the service of pilgrims through the Makkah Route Initiative, one of the Ministry of Interior’s initiatives within the Pilgrim Experience Program, which is part of Saudi Vision 2030.

The initiative facilitates the pilgrims’ procedures at the airports of their home countries, ensuring their smooth and orderly movement upon arrival in Saudi Arabia to their residences in Medina and Makkah.

At Adisumarmo Airport in Solo, Indonesia, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) interviewed Lance Corporal Ashwaq Abdo Al Mutahar, who stated that serving the country is a great honor for every citizen, especially when it involves serving the pilgrims. She emphasized that serving pilgrims and Umrah performers is a tradition of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, adopted by its citizens as a duty to facilitate the procedures of pilgrims.

Lance Corporal Samah Yousef Haroun also expressed her happiness about serving the country as part of the Makkah Route Initiative team at Adisumarmo Airport.
She noted that all members of the work teams are proud to serve the pilgrims within the initiative this year.

SPA also interviewed Lance Corporal Shorouq Ibrahim Abu Khadija, who commented that the Makkah Route Initiative aims to provide the finest services to the pilgrims. Full support and assistance are provided to them in their home countries before they leave for the Kingdom. She stressed the commitment of all team members to provide high-quality service for the comfort and safety of pilgrims.

President of Religious Affairs Launches Presidency’s Media Center for Hajj Season 1445 AH

Makkah, The President of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, inaugurated the presidency’s Media Center for Hajj Season 1445 AH in Makkah today.

In a statement on this occasion, Dr. Al-Sudais said, “The media has become a strategic partner in the success of institutions and sectors, shedding light on their efforts, spreading their message and services, and serving as a bridge between them and those who seek them. This aligns with the wise leadership’s directives to support the Two Holy Mosques and deliver their religious message globally, highlighting the aspects of moderation in Islam and its tolerance, coexistence, and mercy.”

Dr. Al-Sudais then toured the Media Center and received information about the media services provided by the center, including its studio and logistical services for managing religious media processes, conducting interviews, and preparing specialized religious programs for the Two Holy Mosques.

Rafid Al-Haramain Initiative Commences Training Courses to Prepare Dedicated Workers during Hajj and Umrah Seasons

Makkah, The Rafid Al-Haramain Initiative, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with Umm Al-Qura University, commenced today. The initiative aims to enhance the skills of workers serving the pilgrims. It offers 100,000 training opportunities and is part of the efforts of the Licensing and Training Center for workers at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in collaboration with the Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services at Umm Al-Qura University.

The goal is to equip workers in the public, private, and non-profit sectors during the Hajj and Umrah seasons with essential skills to provide excellent services to pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors. The initiative consists of four diverse training programs, reflecting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors.

This initiative aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program and the Human Capability Development Program. It also provides an oppo
rtunity to benefit from various specialized programs and skills, enabling workers in the Hajj and Umrah seasons to perform their tasks effectively, drawing from the best local and international experiences.

OIC and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Hold Two Workshops to Improve Performance Quality of Workers in Service of Pilgrims

Jeddah: The Secretariat General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), in cooperation with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom, held two virtual training workshops today. The first workshop was entitled ASAS, and the second was titled TERHAB.

The workshops aim to raise the awareness of the organizers and providers of Hajj services and improve the performance of those working in the services of pilgrims to enable them to provide quality services. Representatives of the OIC Member States, as well as officials and representatives of the Hajj Ministries of the Member States, attended the training. Additionally, a number of relevant OIC institutions and bodies participated in the meeting.

These two workshops are part of the cooperation program between the OIC General Secretariat and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for this year’s Hajj season 1445H. The program aims to serve pilgrims from the Islamic world who travel to the holy sites to perform Hajj and Umrah.
