Basra Chairman of the Parliamentary Agriculture, Water and Marshlands Committee, MP Faleh Al-Khazali, said, “The Climate Conference is a review, and it is better for the Prime Minister and his government, along with the President of the Republic, to go to Turkey to secure the share of water, pointing out that the situation cannot bear conferences.

He said, according to a statement, “within a week of our field committee’s visit to the governorates, it became clear that the government in a valley, and the people in a valley, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are out of coverage to follow up the water file.”

Al-Khazali added, “The government has many cards to negotiate with the countries of the source, and Turkey is waging a war to thirst Iraq, and the negotiating delegation that visited Turkey did not offer anything to Iraq.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shayaa Al-Suadni inaugurated today, Sunday, the (Iraq Climate Conference) in Basra Governorate, with international, governmental and international participation, and a number of vital projects in the province.
