Baghdad Prime Minister Muhammad Al-Sudani said: We have established in the budget law the establishment of the Iraqi Development Fund.
In his meeting with a number of political analysts, he said: The fund will be financed by deducting a percentage of oil revenues, from which specialized funds for housing, education, health and others will be branched.
Al- Sudani added
an essential paragraph in our relations with brotherly and friendly countries is the recovery of the looted Iraqi funds, as Iraq is a member of the International Anti-Corruption Convention, and it has the right to demand it.
Al-Sudani confirmed that the killing of American citizen Stephen Troll was an intentional crime.
He said: Those who seek to test the government stand behind the killing, and we have leads that lead us to the perpetrators, and I personally follow the progress of the investigations.
