Doha, Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack on an oil refinery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that endangered the safety of civilians and civilian facilities.
In a statement today, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered the targeting of vital and civilian facilities a dangerous act of sabotage that violates all international norms and laws and would affect the security and stability of global energy supplies.
The statement reiterated Qatar’s firm position on rejecting violence and targeting civilians and civilian facilities, regardless of the motives and reasons.
