Riyadh Education Department Achieves Gold in ITEX, European Olympiad’s Bronze in Physics and Asian and The Pacific Excellence in Mathematics

In yet another stunning achievement for female and male students, affiliated to the Riyadh-based education department, Jana Alreef of Al-Ruwad Schools, snatched gold as well as a prize extended by the GCC at the ITEX 2022 held in Malaysia; Sadeq Al-Ebad scored the bronze at the European Olympiad in Physics recently hosted by Slovenia following a fierce competition with 182 students from 37 countries and Maaz Saeed Al-Gahtani got a distinction degree at the Asian and The Pacific Mathematics Olympiad (APMO), organizers reported.

In remarks to highlight the events, Dr. Hasan bin Mohsen Kharmi, Director General for Education at Riyadh Governorate, said this distinguished appearance in the field of education is attributed to the unlimited support lent from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince for education as well as the continuous follow-up of the Governor of Riyadh Region, his Deputy, the Minister of Education and the cooperation of King Abdulaziz and his Men Foundation aiming to empower the talents to achieve the goals of the Kingdom vision 2030.
