Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser met with Korean Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Cho Seung-hwan as part of his visit to the Republic of Korea.
The two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the field of maritime transportation and ports.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Jasser signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Korean Minister of Oceans and Fisheries for the mutual recognition of the certificate of seafarers between the two countries.
The memorandum aims to facilitate operating procedures and affairs of seafarers between the Saudi and Korean sides
