Saudi Arabian Football Federation Signs MoU with Chinese Football Association

Riyadh, Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese Football Association (CFA) in the presence of SAFF President Yasser Al-Mishal and his Chinese counterpart Chen Xuyuan.

The agreement will witness the exchange of experience between the two federations, especially in the areas of developing football for the age and women groups as well as the use of technologies. The agreement comes as part of the efforts of SAFF to enhance cooperation with national federations in Asia.

Also, the Saudi and Chinese federations will work to activate the agreement, hold tournaments and training camps for age teams to be hosted by both countries.

The meeting witnessed a review of China’s latest preparations to host the 2023 Asian Cup, for which the Saudi national team qualified.

SAFF President handed his Chinese counterpart a booklet on the Saudi bid to host the 2027 Asian Cup.
