Saudi Youth National Team U20 Announced Arab Champion for the 3rd Time in History

— Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region, crowned the Saudi youths national soccer team U20 with Arab cup at the end of the tournament hosted by this Saudi resort city of Abha, capital of Khamis Mishait governorate.

Making its third victory of the Arab trophy, the Saudi youth team beat their Egyptian counterpart in the final match 5 – 3 in the penalty-area kicks following a one all draw of the genuine and extra times.

Abdulaziz Al-Elaiwa scored for Saudi Arabia in the 46th minute while Salahuddin Riza got the equalizer for Egypt in the 49th.

For his part, Abdullah Radif was awaded the championship’s striker with six goals; his colleague Musaab Al-Juwair won the best player’s prize; and Egypt’s goalkeeper Ahmed Nader Al-Sayed got the best protector of his net.
