Manama, Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal commended Saudi balanced foreign policy to maintain security and stability, led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
In a statement today, the Speaker reiterated Bahrain’s wavering support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressing categorical rejection of the politicisation of the OPEC Plus to reduce oil production.
“Bahrain supports the Saudi stance regarding the “OPEC Plus” decision to review the conditions of the oil markets and reduce production”, she said, noting that the decision is purely technical to achieve discipline in the global oil market, and enhance the ability of the international community to deal with the current economic challenges”, she said.
