Al-Kut Civil defense teams put out a fire that broke out in a shop selling vegetables in Badra district, east of the governorate.
The Director of Civil Defense in Wasit, Brigadier General Samir Razzaq, told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the fire was extinguished, the fire was controlled, and its spread to neighboring shops was prevented, without causing casualties.
