The Presidency of the House of Representatives held a meeting chaired by Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and in the presence of the First Vice-President of the Council, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, and the Deputy Speaker of the Council, Shakhwan Abdullah.
A statement by the Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives stated that during the meeting, a number of issues related to the work of the Parliament were discussed, the most important laws presented in the committees, and an emphasis on the importance of its legislation during the coming period, including the federal general budget law, and other important laws related to many sectors such as investment, economy, agriculture and security and social care, in addition to the ratification and approval of the agreements requested by the government.
