The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology began to implement the dualization of the road link of Al Khabourah carriageway in the Governorate of North Al Batinah .
The 14.5 km link starts at Al Batinah Expressway intersection and ends at the Wilayat of Al Khabourah roundabout along Al Batinah Highway.
The project stems from a plan to establish a link between Al Batinah Highway and Al Batinah Expressway. This is being realized by raising the efficiency of existing road links or constructing new links, in accordance with traffic studies on the overall road network that is supervised by the Ministry.
