Amara The security forces in Maysan arrested two accused of drug trafficking, in the checkpoint of Al-Uzair, south of the governorate.
The Maysan Police Directorate said in a statement that the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received a copy of it: “The suspects are residents of Basra Governorate. They were arrested in Al-Uzair checkpoint, and a kilogram of crystal narcotic was seized in their possession.”
It added, “The accused have taken legal measures against them and referred them to the Narcotics Directorate.”
