‫شي جين بينغ يُعلن لمّ الشمل ضرورة ملحة من أجل تجديد شباب الصين في الذكرى ثورة 1911

بكين، 11 أكتوبر 2021 /PRNewswire/ — منذ مائة وعشرة أعوام، أطلق الثوار الصينيون بقيادة الدكتور صن يات صن ثورة عام 1911، مما يمثل علامة فارقة في الرحلة الطويلة والشاقة لتحقيق تجديد شباب الصينيين الأمة.

وفي حديثه في اجتماع تذكاري يوم السبت لإحياء الذكرى 110 للثورة، دعا الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ إلى استخلاص الدروس من الماضي عند تحقيق لم الشمل الكامل للصين والمضي قدمًا في قضية النهضة الوطنية العظيمة.

صرح الرئيس شي، وهو أيضا الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني ورئيس اللجنة العسكرية المركزية، “بالنسبة لجميع الصينيين، فإن تحقيق التجديد الوطني ليس شرفًا مشتركًا فحسب، بل هو أيضًا مهمة مشتركة”.

“يجب لم شمل الصين، وسيكون ذلك”

لقد أكد الرئيس شي مجددا على الالتزامات بالسعي من أجل لم الشمل الوطني بالوسائل السلمية، قائلا إن ذلك يخدم مصالح المواطنين عبر مضيق تايوان وكذلك الأمة الصينية، بينما حذر من أن “استقلال تايوان” يتعارض مع اتجاه التاريخ وسيؤدي إلى نهاية مميتة.

كما صرح الرئيس شي في خطابه في قاعة الشعب الكبرى في بكين، قائلًا: “إن قضية تايوان نشأت من ضعف وفوضى أمتنا، وسوف يتم حلها عندما يصبح تجديد الشباب الوطني حقيقة واقعة”؛ مضيفا أن لم الشمل عبر المضيق هي الإرادة المشتركة لجميع الصينيين.

وأشار الرئيس شي إلى أن البر الرئيسي يلتزم بالسياسات الأساسية لإعادة التوحيد السلمي ودولة واحدة ونظامان، ويتمسك بسياسة صين واحدة وتوافق عام 1992 ويعمل من أجل التنمية السلمية للعلاقات عبر المضيق.

وفي إشارة إلى أن الأمة الصينية لديها تقليد مشرف في معارضة الانقسام والحفاظ على الوحدة، أضاف أن “الانفصال الذي يستهدف” استقلال تايوان “هو أكبر عقبة أمام لم الشمل الوطني وخطر جسيم على النهضة الوطنية”.

كما شدد على أن مسألة تايوان شأن داخلي للصين ولا تقبل أي تدخل خارجي، وأعرب عن ثقته في أن “لم الشمل الكامل لبلادنا سوف تتحقق ويمكن أن تتحقق”.

الحتمية التاريخية

متلهفًا لمستقبل مشرق للأمة الصينية، كتب صن ذات مرة: “إذا اعتقدت أن شيئًا ما يمكن تحقيقه، حتى لو كان صعبًا مثل تحريك جبل أو تجفيف البحر، فسوف أحققه يومًا ما”.

وفي إشارة إلى هذه الكلمات، صرح شي يوم السبت إنه بعد سنوات من العمل الجاد، أصبح لم الشمل الوطني في الصين حتمية تاريخية، مع وجود مؤسسات أقوى وأسس مادية أقوى وعقلية أكثر استباقية.

وأشار إلى أنه في طريق لم الشمل الوطني، “أثبتت الاشتراكية ذات الخصائص الصينية أنها الطريق الصحيح والوحيد”.

كما حث الشعب الصيني على الاعتماد على جهودهم البطولية. وأعلن قائلًا “بالشجاعة والمهارة، سنتغلب على جميع المخاطر والتحديات الرئيسية التي قد تعيق طريقنا نحو التجديد الوطني ونحمي بحزم سيادتنا الوطنية وأمننا ومصالحنا التنموية”.

Saudi-Russian Justice Ministers Signs MoU on Joint Cooperation

Moscow, Currently on a visit to the Russian Federation, the Saudi Minister of Justice and President of Supreme Judicial Council Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani signed here today a memorandum of understanding with his Russian counterpart Konstantin Chuichenko.

The memorandum aims to enhance and develop joint cooperation between the Ministries of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Russian Federation, with regard to the judicial aspect, as part of the efforts of the Saudi Ministry of Justice to enhance international cooperation in the judicial fields.

On the occasion, Sheikh Dr. Al-Samaani expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Russian side for the hospitality accorded to him and the accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of strengthening global justice partnerships with friendly countries, in a way that enables them to benefit from comparative international experience in accordance with the frameworks that included in the memorandum of understanding.

The memorandum included the exchange of information and experience between the two parties in the judicial fields, in addition to organizing seminars and lectures, studying cases and mutual visits.

The aspects of cooperation in the memorandum also included the areas of training, development of judicial cadres, and preparation of specialized educational programs between the two sides to achieve knowledge enrichment.

Al-Qasabi Heads Saudi Arabia’s Delegation to the Ministerial Meeting of G20 Trade and Investment Working Group in Italy

Sorrento, Italy, Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, who is also Chairman of the Board of the General Authority for Foreign Trade, headed his country’s delegation to the Ministerial Meeting of G20 Trade and Investment Working Group (TIWG), held today in the Italian city of Sorrento.

The Minister of Commerce said that the meeting during the year of the Italian presidency 2021 is a continuation of the great efforts exerted to confront global challenges, explaining that Saudi Arabia, in its hosting of G20 last year, contributed with G20 countries in shaping the future of international trade and investment by preparing and adopting a list of measures related to responding to the coronavirus pandemic to support international trade and investment, as Italy’s G20 Presidency worked on urging member states to continue working with these measures and update their own initiatives and commitments.

Dr. Al-Qasabi stressed that Saudi Arabia is a strong supporter of reforming World Trade Organization (WTO) through the “Riyadh Initiative for the WTO’s Future, which was approved by G20 leaders last year, as it seeks to restore global growth and recovery and encourages to build on the discussions that took place in this framework.

Dr. Al-Qasabi explained that that the initiative allowed an additional opportunity to discuss and reaffirm the basic objectives and principles of the multilateral trading system and demonstrate continued political support for WTO’s necessary reform.

Dr. Al-Qasabi concluded that the current conditions of the (Covid-19) pandemic require strong and effective economic recovery from governments, through making services, investment and digital trade as essential elements of their responsive policies, as the coronavirus has shown that digital trade is not only a necessity, but also a critical requirement for full participation in trade and economy, especially for developing and least developed countries.

GACA Issues Classification of Air Carriers and Airports for Month of September

Riyadh, The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) issued today the index for the classification of air carriers and airports based on the number of complaints submitted by travelers during the month of September 2021.

GACA revealed the total number of complaints lodged by passengers against air carriers during the month of September, amounted to (355) complaints, and the index monitored that Saudi Arabian Airlines came in as the least airline company with complaints with a total of (9) complaints per 100,000 passengers, and a timely complaint processing rate that reached 74%, while Flynas came in second with (16) complaints per 100,000 passengers with a timely processing rate of 94%. Meanwhile, Flyadeal came in third with a number of complaints that reached (19) per 100,000 passengers, with a timely processing rate of 92%.

The most common complaints for the month of September were refunding the value of tickets, cancellation of flights, then denied boarding, followed by delayed flights.

GACA clarified that the index for rating airports for the month of September indicated that King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh had the lowest number of complaints submitted, at a rate of 1% per 100,000 passengers during the month of September, in the index of international airports in which the number of passengers exceeds 6 million passengers annually, amounting to (16) complaints and a timely processing rate of 55%. Meanwhile. Abha International Airport also got the lowest airports in terms of complaints lodged against it, in the index of international airports where the number of passengers is less than 6 million passengers annually, with a percentage of 2% per 100,000 passengers with (4) complaints and a timely complaint processing rate that reached 100%. Furthermore, in the indicator for domestic airports, Najran Airport was the lowest airport in terms of complaints submitted to GACA, with a rate of 2% per 100,000 passengers with (1) complaint and a timely complaint processing rate of (0%).

GACA explained that the issuance of the monthly report for the classification of air carriers and airports (in terms of complaints submitted to the authority), aims to provide travelers with information on the performance of air carriers and airports in resolving their customers’ complaints. Moreover, to enable travelers to choose the appropriate service provider, in addition to enhancing transparency and demonstrate GACA’s credibility and keenness on travelers’ complaints, and stimulating fair competition between air carriers and airports to develop and improve services.

It is worth noting that GACA has provided multiple communication channels around the clock to ensure interaction with travelers and airport goers through the following communication channels: the unified call center (8001168888), (WhatsApp) service via the number (0115253333), social media accounts, e-mail, and the website. GACA receives complaints through those channels that varied between issuing boarding passes, dealing with employees, serving people with disabilities and limited movement, and a variety of other issues.

Meanwhile, through GACA’s support for its partners in success from airports, the authority has prepared a booklet that includes instructions on how to deal with passenger complaints at airports, and circulated it to airport operators, where it defines controls and service level agreements that must be adhered to for all types of complaints and inquiries. This in addition to training employees of national airlines and ground service companies for those who have a direct relationship with the travelers to abide by the executive regulations to protect the rights of customers, through workshops held for them from time to time.

Saudi Arabian Football Federation Signs MoU with Chinese Football Association

Riyadh, Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese Football Association (CFA) in the presence of SAFF President Yasser Al-Mishal and his Chinese counterpart Chen Xuyuan.

The agreement will witness the exchange of experience between the two federations, especially in the areas of developing football for the age and women groups as well as the use of technologies. The agreement comes as part of the efforts of SAFF to enhance cooperation with national federations in Asia.

Also, the Saudi and Chinese federations will work to activate the agreement, hold tournaments and training camps for age teams to be hosted by both countries.

The meeting witnessed a review of China’s latest preparations to host the 2023 Asian Cup, for which the Saudi national team qualified.

SAFF President handed his Chinese counterpart a booklet on the Saudi bid to host the 2027 Asian Cup.
