Arab Junior Football Cup Kicks off Tomorrow in Algeria

Riyadh, August 22, 2022, SPA– The fourth edition of the Arab Junior Cup 2022, organized by the Arab Football Federation and hosted by the Algerian Federation in Oran, Algeria will start tomorrow and will continue until the 8th of September, 2022.

The championship is taking place with the participation of 16 teams including the UAE, Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, Oman, Palestine, Comoros, Lebanon, Libya, Egypt, Morocco, Mauritania, and Yemen.

“SPA” Wins First Place in Saudi Equestrian Federation Competition “Horse Through Your Lens”

Tabuk– The Saudi Press Agency “SPA” won first place in the “Horse Through Your Lens” competition organized by the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation on the World Photography Day, coinciding with the 19th of August annually, and aims to encourage pursuing photography as a profession.

Prince Bandar bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Saudi Equestrian Federation and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Horse Racing Club, congratulated the winners, inviting them to attend the King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Cup, which will be held in Taif, under the patronage of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, and is considered as one of the races dedicated to purebred Arabian horses.

SPA Photographer Mohammad Al-Sharif, who won first place, expressed his happiness over the winning, adding to SPA’s record of achievements in different fields.

He added “The World Photography Day is an opportunity for us to learn about new photography skills necessary for a professional photographer to develop his work, share favorite photos with others, exchange ideas with other photographers from different schools, and discover their passion for their profession. This day is also a platform for photographers to present the most important transformations that must be developed in the world of photography to practice the basic right of everyone to see new photography, understand its basics, places and times of taking pictures, and learn more about the arts of visual and photography”.
