Baghdad A force from the 51st Brigade of the Salah al-Din Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization seized, on Monday, a vehicle belonging to ISIS elements in Wadi al-Tharthar on Salah al-Din Island.
The command stated in a statement: The arrest was made during a joint security operation carried out by the force with the participation of the 91st Iraqi army brigade deep in the island, according to accurate intelligence information.
The operation, according to the statement, resulted in the discovery of a vehicle carrying explosive materials, which was treated and detonated.
