Al-Hogail to Inaugurate Exhibition of “Projects of Distinguished Cities during Reign of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques” Next Saturday

Riyadh, Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail will inaugurate the third edition of the Exhibition of “Projects of Distinguished Cities during the Reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques” in Riyadh from 24 to 28 September, 2022, with the participation of several institutions from the public and private sectors. It will be accompanied by a forum titled “The Impacts of the National Transformation Program on the Saudi Cities”.

The exhibition, which will witness the participation of more than 70 entities, sectors and institutions, aims to highlight the mega projects that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is implementing in effective partnership between the public and private sectors to develop all regions, cities and governorates of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The exhibition and the accompanying forum, through 8 dialogue sessions and 10 workshops, will discuss a number of important topics related to the Saudi cities with the participation of 46 speakers, including the positive impact of the initiatives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 on the Saudi cities, the future of economic and investment opportunities in various regions and cities of the Kingdom, sustainability in housing and the challenges facing the development of the Saudi cities. They will also discuss the practices and experiences of the urban development, in addition to topics related to the infrastructure and municipal services and their sustainability, and the impact of the initiatives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 on the strategies of smart cities services.

The event will review the most prominent investment opportunities in the development of cities and the urban environment, ways to develop cities and achieve urban development in them, the sustainability of infrastructure and municipal services in them, and the development of smart cities in the reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, with the aim of raising quality of life in the cities and improving services.
