Baghdad The expert in the field of energy, Bilal Al-Khalifa, affirmed that the government is standing and continuing despite the fluctuations in the exchange rate, to support it from a large bloc.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: The fluctuation of the exchange rate, especially its recent rise is temporary for several reasons, including what was announced by the Central Bank in justifying the rise in the value of the dollar, due to the use of a new electronic platform, or because of the final accounts, or because of the intervention of agencies or parties.
Al-Khalifa added: External interventions are usually with internal tools that have a clear impact on the rise of the currency, and this is what some officials say.
He explained: For the two reasons above, the messages have arrived, and because the government is supported by a large bloc, and it is required to pass this difficult exam, and therefore it must search for a way out as soon as possible, otherwise it will lose the bet.
