Bahrain all share Index closed at 1,961.33 points marking an increase of 11.62 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the raise in the communications services sector, financials sector and materials sector.
Bahrain Islamic index closed at 721.78 points marking an increase of 5.03 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 71 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,055,674 worth BD 1,317,130.
Investors traded mainly in the materials sector representing 51.63% of the total value of securities traded.
