Riyadh, Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Competitiveness Center (NCC), handed over today the commercial register of the Belgian company “HRD Antwerp” to begin its economic activity in the Kingdom, in the presence of the Belgian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pascal Hubert Grégoire.
Ellen Joncheere, the company’s CEO and Europe’s leading authority in diamond grading, received the necessary licenses to begin its activity in grading and evaluating the quality of diamonds, as well as opening an academy to qualify workers in the diamond craft and specialized laboratories in the coming period.
This came during a meeting held between NCC and “HRD Antwerp” company at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh.
