Manama: Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa stressed the vital role of financial markets in supporting economic sectors and their contributions to achieving more promising opportunities in the financial and banking fields.
The minister underscored the importance attached by the Kingdom of Bahrain to continuing supporting, developing and preparing financial markets to achieve desired goals
The ministe made the statement as he received Bahrain Bourse Chairman Abdulkarim Bucheery and Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Khalifa bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and other board members.
He commended the outstanding efforts made by the Bahrain Bourse and its continuous endeavors to enhance the competitive position of the Kingdom of Bahrain as an important regional financial center in the region.
