The media website of the Iranian Ministry of Oil, announced that Oil Minister Javad Auchi will head a delegation to Baghdad today, Wednesday.
The website indicated, according to Fars News Agency, that the Iranian Oil Minister will meet during his visit, Prime Minister Muhammad Al-Sudani, and Ministers of Oil Hayan Abdul-Ghani and Minister of Electricity Ziyad Ali Fadel, to discuss increasing the level of cooperation in the energy sector.
This comes, according to the agency, the day after the meeting of the joint Iranian-Iraqi Supreme Committee in the oil sector, where the Iranian side was chaired by the Assistant Minister of Oil for International and Commercial Affairs, “Ahmed Asadzadeh.”
The meeting discussed bilateral cooperation in the field of common fields, export of technical and engineering services, and cooperation in the field of training.
