Baghdad The Pakistani police announced today, Wednesday, that a policeman and a child were killed, and more than 24 people were injured, as a result of a suicide attack targeting the security forces in the southwest of the country.
Reuters news agency quoted the Pakistani police as saying that “a suicide attack targeted a bus that was carrying Pakistani police personnel, in the Quetta region, southwest of the country.”
The police added, “The explosion killed at least two people, including a child, and injured more than 24 people, and the outcome is not final.”
