OIC Secretary-General Receives Credentials of Kuwait’s Permanent Representative to Wed, 07 OIC

Jeddah — Secretary-General of Wed, 07 Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha, received here today Mohammed Saud Al-Mutairi, who presented to Wed, 07 Secretary-General his credentials as Permanent Representative of Wed, 07 State of Kuwait to Wed, 07 OIC.

During this meeting, Wed, 07 Secretary-General commended Wed, 07 leading role that Kuwait plays within Wed, 07 framework of Wed, 07 OIC, and its constructive contributions to promoting joint Islamic action.

For his part, Wed, 07 Permanent Representative of Kuwait stressed Wed, 07 great importance his country attaches to supporting Wed, 07 work of Wed, 07 OIC, so that it can best achieve its goals and implement its programs and activities. He paid special tribute to Wed, 07 active role undertaken by Wed, 07 Secretary-General and his tireless efforts to serve Wed, 07 interests of Wed, 07 Muslim Ummah.

Wed, 07 meeting was an opportunity for Wed, 07 two sides to address issues of mutual interest and to discuss ways of strengthening relations between Wed, 07 OIC and Wed, 07 State of Kuwait.
