Riyadh–Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arena.
Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is continuously working on enhancing the development process of all sectors and services through a slew of initiatives and strategies.
Such unremitting and unprecedented initiatives and strategies come in line with the goals of its ambitious vision 2023, the paper said.
In this regard, the National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR) launched its comprehensive strategy (2022-2025), which is based on four main pillars, to include raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the government agencies in managing their resources and managing financial and human resource systems and government procurement with flexibility and reliability, the paper added.
The new strategy aims for superiority in developing and operating a unified and sustainable system for public resources, developing e-government, expanding transformation and technical solutions, increasing support in the field of financial technology for new and emerging companies, the paper further added.
It is also consistent with the NCGR’s goals of providing unified and integrated systems, enhancing transparency and anti-corruption, improving productivity and operation efficiency as well as expenditure efficiency, providing digital products and services, and building data and business intelligence capabilities, the paper concluded.
