The spokesman for the Ministry of Interior and the Security Media Cell, Brigadier General Miqdad Miri, today, Wednesday, denied reports that a car bomb had been dismantled in the city of Mosul.
Meri said in a statement: ‘ the reports that were circulated about the presence of a car bomb in the city of Mosul and its dismantling by the competent authorities is baseless’ stressing that ‘there is no presence of any car bomb inside the city.’
He explained that “there is a car belonging to a university student who left it on the street near the university and entered the college and then returned to it,” calling for “accuracy in transmitting information and knowing the news exclusively from its official sources.”/End
