Karbala, The Japanese ambassador to Iraq, Matsutomo Totoshi, arrived in the holy city of Karbala today, Tuesday.
The ambassador discussed with the Governor of Karbala, Nassif Al-Khattabi, the possibility of Japanese companies investing in the province.
