Holders of higher degrees and seniors warn the finance department against delaying the implementation of the Diwaniyah order (35)

– the holders of higher degrees and the top three, gave the Ministry of Finance 5 days to release their grades, warning against procrastinating in implementing the recommendations of the Diwani order (35) approved by the Prime Minister.

The gathering explained in a statement that: “Due to the lack of time and the delay in the creation of grades, which was supposed to end this day, we give a maximum period of time (5) days for Tuesday (15-11-2022), if our job grades were not released, we will have a landing on Thursday (17-11-2022) in front of the Ministry of Finance that includes all the governorates of Iraq to demand our legitimate rights guaranteed by the constitution.

The holders of certificates and firsts called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, Minister of Finance Taif Sami and members of the House of Representatives to stand with their demands.

They pointed out: “The demands stipulated:
First: The signature of the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, to appoint the names of graduates with high degrees and the first numbering (74,800) thousand people, so that this would be a legal cover for us.

Second: The appointment should be exclusively from the Ministry of Finance without referring to the Federal Service Council’s procedures, because the Council’s procedures require a long time. Also, there is no need to release the appointment form because the inclusion of all numbers does not require a comparison, so that the role of the Federal Service Council is to issue appointment orders similarly with medical professions.

The gathering called on all members, numbering approximately (74) thousand, to be fully prepared to go down with a popular protest in the event that job grades are not released next Tuesday./
