Return of second group of Bahraini citizens residing in Türkiye

Bahrain embassy in Ankara has facilitated the procedures for the return of the second group of Bahraini citizens from the cities of Urfa and Hatay to the Kingdom, within the framework of facilitating the procedures of Bahraini citizens wishing to return to their homeland after the earthquake that occurred in the south of Türkiye.

Bahraini Ambassador to Türkiye Dr. Ebrahim Yusuf Al Abdullah appreciated the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the follow-up of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to provide urgent humanitarian and relief aid to the victims of the earthquake that struck Türkiye and Syria and the Bahraini citizens abroad.

He praised the outstanding humanitarian efforts undertaken by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) under the leadership of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

The ambassador affirmed the keenness of the embassy to facilitate all procedures and overcome difficulties to secure the return of Bahraini citizens.

He expressed his appreciation to all the concerned official authorities in the Kingdom and Türkiye for their continuous cooperation and communication with the embassy to secure the safe return of citizens to Bahrain.
